Five Great Shinobi Nation

The Five Great Shinobi Nations. After so long, the countries in power have changed. Only Leaving Suna, Sound went up and began to work with their ninjas. Kiri, and lastly the Leaf village.

Traveling Board

If you're traveling to another village you must be at least on a mission if you're part of a village. And must be at least at Chuunin level to do so. Right here in World At War is very difficult to keep any genin safe. Even Jounin would risk their lives by going out in the open.

Minor Shinobi Nations

The minor countries. Much are 'hidden' or in the low. And prefer to stay away from the Great Nations.
